Two new NEST PLUS opportunities to learn about the NEST itineraries and extend cooperation with tourism stakeholders of Apulia Region are to be organised next month by Tecnopolis PST, NEST partner.
On 4 May, a Press Tour will be organised in collaboration with Trawellit - app and social media for culture and Daunia Tur Association, and will involve journalists, photographers, bloggers and influencers.The Tour will be free for up to 25 participants, who will be catching a bus (collection points in both Bari and Foggia) and will discover some places of the NEST cross-border Cultural Heritage and Sport and Nature itineraries.
The tour will foresee stops in Lucera, Mattinata, Siponto, Manfredonia and Lama Volara. Participants will be involved in many tourism experiences, including historical re-enactments, a wax tablet laboratory, photowalking, birdwatching, and a show cooking!

On 5 May, from 10:00 to 17:00 CET, a capitalization workshop will be organised in Mattinata and will target in particular Apulian municipalities and tourism operators (including organisations dealing with hospitality, catering, sports and leisure, crafts, food and wine products or guided tours). The workshop will be aimed at presenting the NEST cross-border itineraries, with a view to introduce new possibilities of cooperation with involved public and private operators to implement and extend the NEST Itineraries, with a focus on local specificities.
